    Buying is one thing. Having it fail and be unrepairable, DUE TO TEMP SENSOR NOT BEING REPAIRABLR is quite another. 4 years life for a Caple Fridge Freezer is rubbish. They want me to pay for a brand new one and will refund 96 pounds for the engineer visit. What happened to good service. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

    Spent today with the Caple Team in Leeds, basically to gain a better understanding of what was on offer. Needless to say, I was amazed to see - not only how far Caple have come, but to see exactly what was on offer. The colour match taps, sink and sink waste was a nice touch. The integrated tall fridge/freezer ‘fixed hinges’ was a definite plus. But for me, the 3 main show stoppers were the 6 flexible zone induction Hob. An absolute must see with ground breaking technology. Next, the 4 in 1 Combi microwave with steam. Definite game changer. An absolute must have for anyone who uses a Microwave Oven. And finally, the App which controls the Pyrolytic Oven. Are you kidding me?? Wow!! All I can say is thank you for a wonderful day and revealing these amazing appliances. And a special thank you to Lauren, as lunch was simply out of this world.

    3 out of 4 appliances we bought for our new kitchen all failed or did not work at all. Cables customer service and replacement policy is terrible. We have been without a fully functional kitchen for 8 weeks, we have spent our own money having to eating out or takeaway and buying equipment to allow us to cook ie steamer, crockpot and air fryer. Due to no fault of our we are out of pocket by at least £1000!! Caple are not in the least bit bothered about this and all the stress and anxiety it's had on us. We had to wait 2 weeks for a domestic engineer to come out, then all he did was look at our hob ask if it had ever worked since being installed and said " if I take it apart i may end up damaging your new kitchen and if I can't fix it I won't get paid" our oven and microwave were letting steam out all over our brand new kitchen units, the only thing that works is the tap and that even leaked on our new oak flooring. Absolute nightmare. DO NOT BU FROM CAPLE go with a trusted name.

    Unfortunately we made the big mistake of buying a matching oven, combi oven and warming drawer from Caple. The oven and the combi oven arrived faulty and had to be repaired. The oven was still faulty after a repair and after a lot of hassle we were able to get a new oven sent out. The new oven arrived and is faulty AGAIN!! Now we are having to have another repair. Requested a refund for all appliances as have lost all trust in any of caples products, only to have this request declined. So we are now stuck with these terrible products which we have paid a great deal for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND any appliances from this company - save your money and buy from a more reputable brand. The customer service received is another story too - the manager is beyond rude - I was left speechless after dealing with her.

    I have just tried contacting your office to speak with someone in the service team. In summary, it is evident that your level of service is a disgrace. I am unaware of the collective noun for ‘halfwits’, so I am forced to vent my anger with such mild adjectives as: ‘incompetent’, ‘useless’, and ‘inefficient’.

    A friend was so happy with her ovens that I decided to visit the showroom today. The Sense Premium ovens are just what I'm looking for and more. I was originally wanting to buy Miele and Siemens ovens but after my appointment I've ordered two ovens including a steam oven with microwave. The gunmetal and black steel finish is simply stunning, so stylish. My appointment with Jo was so helpful. I recommend making an appointment to see the selection of appliances in person.
