We’re really pleased with the quality of the final build, which was completed in the timeframe and to the valuation given despite freezing winter weather midway through. They do what they say they will do, are courteous and tidy, very open to queries, happy to discuss options and give advice. Recommended without reservation.

I can't praise, Tim, Greg and the whole Capitol team enough! We had strong reservations about undertaking such a huge project with a young family but they put our nerves at ease and we had ultimate trust in them and their judgements and weren't let down. Tim's favourite phrase was 'we'll sort it' and they did! On a practical point they were courteous, great with our two year old who is mad on diggers etc, and most of all.. clean! I'm not going to say that dust wasn't created (we did have a huge hole knocked in our house!) but Tim and Greg always did their utmost to keep this to a minimum. We are delighted with the results and we now have the home we dreamed of when we moved in to our house 5 years ago. If you are considering using this firm my advice would be 'go for it'!!!

We are so glad we chose Capitol Building Contractors, they did a fantastic job from start to finish. This was a big job and they managed to build our roof extension within 3 weeks, working flat out in some pretty horrendous weather conditions. They were professional and the finish of the work was such a high standard. They were really approachable and always on hand to answer any questions and give advice. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again.
