Owen was in and out from two of my properties for totally 5 mins maximum. And the valuation were way too low than my previous valuations and much lower than the same property in the development from last year. I don’t understand why they can be so unprofessional. I spent money for the lender to hire you to do your job properly. Not to trash the properties. Do not use them at all if you have choice.

Avoid these guy it's rush valuation and under value..Double check with Lender which company they will be using first..if you get specially guy called Owen advisable to get proper Valuer.They will discredit it.I have a subscription with Property Engine £24.99 is incorrect..it's not my opinion as property owner

Simon was in and out of the property within 5-10 mins max. Rushed the process, as almost he was being chased by someone. He has compared the Property with a property 10.5 miles away (staines high road Feltham). Kingston upon Thames is almost same distance but was ignored as properties are much higher. He has tried his outmost best to downgrade the property as much as possible. Comparing Windsor with Staines road Feltham itself show the lack of knowledge of the area and comparable market analysis. He has down valued the property 25%. Compared the rental value of the retail unit of the area and suggested rental to be 45% bellow what the current market is in the area as whole. Will be appealing against the unprofessionalism shown by this firm. wasted so much of our time.

Flawed survey report. Obnoxious attitude from the surveyor. RUSHED THE VALUATION. SIMPLY DIVIDED THE SQUARE FOOTAGE BY THE SOLD COMPARABLES AN DOWNVALUED BY £140,000. REPORT WAS 2 DAYS LATE AND HAD TO BE CHASED A NUMBER OF TIMES. A LOT MORE THAT CANNOT BE DISCLOSED PUBLICLY!!! WILL BE REPORTING AND APPEALING TO THE LENDER.

I needed a structural engineer report for a remortgage that flagged an issue with my chimney breast support in the loft. Sean was able to attend within a few days of contact and was highly professional and nice to deal with too. Slightly more expensive than competition with misleading leading times on quotes. Survey was the most risk adverse report we have ever had. To the point where a 1950s women's institute gossip circle would have been proud of the lack of research and facts in the analysis. Unpicking the inaccuracies with our lender added time to the transaction and money to solicitors fees. Avoid if you have an alternative.
