Capital services undertook repair and redecoration for us after two consecutive water leaks on behalf of our insurers (LV). The people (both those on-site & those doing the repairs) were always friendly, helpful and very focused on having a happy customer. Hopefully we won't have any more leaks but if we do I would be more than happy for Capital Services to undertake the work.

Absolutely tremendous service from start to finish. Had a couple of roof tiles slip and rain got in and ruined the bathroom ceiling. Contacted LV Insurance who appointed Capital Services who organised a roofer to do the emergency repair. They then had the damaged bathroom ceiling removed by specialists as it had asbestos in it, then a new ceiling installed, plastered and painted. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and speedy service, in particular Ryan and Rebecca. Thank you for all your help. Bob and Janet Voss.

Poor poor service. Soo slow and not up to point. Sean couldn't even get the window measurements right nevermind anything else. Ryan sent people to paint my bedroom when it was meant to be the kitchen! Jokers. AVIVA /HSBC PLEASE STOP using these guys for your and everyone's sake. Just pay us the Cash settlement rather than make us suffer

My experience with capital services was excellent from Jemma in the office Sean the accessor who carried out the survey The work carried out was excellent by Arron Thomas was fantastic was on time very professional finish and quality work highly appreciated of his work. His work standard is excellent kept the area very clean and cleared the debris’s after the work was completed Would like to say the painters were just fantastic No mess kept it very clean Arron came back after the painting was finished and did the electrical work Thank you so much for providing such good and excellent work force who are a credit to the organisation
