Washing Machine door locked. Engineer remove lock. In spite of many calls to Capital Repairs it took them 20 days for the engineer to return and fixed lock. Awful experience.

I would give them no stars if I could. Absolutely horrified with my experience with this company. I booked a repair for last week (pre-paying the company a call out charge of 109 VAT incusive) at my rental property. My tenant was waiting all day for the engineer to turn up. The engineer called up my tenant at 5:34, and my tenant advised the engineer to park at the closest FREE parking which is a Morison's Car park. There is free parking for three hours, and it is for all visitors. Shockingly the engineer decides he doesn't want to use that parking, and then decides to just leave, NEVER calls back to tell us the situation, doesn't pick up any of the calls from me or my tenant, he just leaves. I call up the office the next day, and of course no one picked up in the morning. The company then decides it is appropriate to charge ME the 36 pounds call out charge because their engineer was too lazy to do the work or carry out the service. On top of that, it is now the next week, the office has not tried to call me back or refunded my money. It is absolutely ridiculous that the company thinks its appropriate to charge for failed call outs when their engineer couldn't even be bothered to call us back or inform us that he was leaving or even do the job properly. Don't use this company, save yourself the hassle. UPDATED EDIT: Gosh, I really wish I had read the reviews of this place before using them. The reviews on appalling service and rude customer service is exactly what this company is. Be aware people and read the negative reviews. They are real.

BEWARE!! NEVER USE THESE GUYS. YOU WILL GET RIPPED!! I WASTED MONEY ON THEM CALLING THEIR ENGINEER, JUST TO GET PARTS COST THAT WAS MORE THAN THE NEW MACHINE. FOR A COOKER HOOD THEY TOOK MONEY THEN SAID IT CAN'T BE REPAIRED. USELESS COMPANY.

Wouldn’t recommend. Poor service and office don’t communicate with engineers. Charged full price for a call out fee assessment of my oven, despite being told the issue on the phone and make and model. First attempt to fix the oven they didn’t turn up with the part itself. Took a couple of weeks to rebook. One part they couldn’t source so I cancelled and asked for a refund as had waited for over 3 months. Refund took 2 months to receive. I personally sourced the part myself within a week!

this company is total scam i called them for washing machine repair they charged me call out and engineer came after one week he said i need to order parts i paid for parts and he came back after two week and could not fix he want more parts i said okay but since two week i am calling them three times a day no response today i ask them my money back and they saying will refund you end of next month this company is total scam and their engineers are not qualified at all this is almost two month today and i have not been refund the money they owe me but still they have no clue what is happening

An absolute Scam ! They charged me over £300 to “order the part” for my Hob induction and promised to have somebody come fix it by end of Feb (I called them in January). I still haven’t heard from them as they are ghosting me on emails (this whole month) and refuse to cancel the work or send a refund and don’t give any set date as to when they will come and fix the issue. Save yourself and your money!!

I firstly contacted Capital repairs over my Miele washing Machine, the suspension leg of the drum was faulty, Found Capital Repairs quick to respond, & had confidence in the Engineer.... though i did have to wait a few weeks for the part, i was glad of it to keep my old faithful machine going & put new life back into rather then buying a new one, also My heating element went on my Oven, Gillian transferred me over Franco who recommended me a Bosch oven..... The lads arrived has expected and before i knew it the old one was out & the New one in its place! again both engineers very helpful, and they know their stuff! cant fault Capital repairs, excellent service, well worth paying for peace of mind.

I really was impressed by the service. I took my Dyson cordless vacuum in to Capital Repairs in the morning, and they phoned me in the afternoon to say that the job was done and I could come in any time to collect it. The price was very reasonable, and the Dyson is once again working well.
