James DJ'd our wedding over the weekend, and he was absolutely fantastic! In the lead up was super quick in answering any of our questions and really made a great impression on us from early on! On the night itself he was brilliant. The set up was seamless. We had put together a playlist with James beforehand and at the same time he exercised his own discretion which worked really well. The dancefloor was full the whole night and people have all commented to us how amazing the music was! Would recommend also going for the photo booth magic mirror that was a real hit with our guests! We had the most amazing day and evening and James you were a huge part of that so thank you! Would have no hesitation in recommending James to anybody seeking a DJ and photo booth for their wedding/party! Many thanks again James for the part you played in our special day! I chose James because he understood my needs straight away - this was to have a playlist personalised for me. James arrived bang on time, set up (and put away) with no fuss, just got on with it. The playlist was excellent (of course !), but James also took requests, and I had many comments after the party about how good the DJ was. He wouldn't even accept a drink from the bar ! He's also not one of those DJs who loves the sound of his own voice - he lets the music do the talking. James was a total pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I would highly recommend him - he's already booked for my next significant birthday in 10 years time !! Thank you, James

"We were very happy with the exeptional service that James, the DJ, provided. Prior to the event we spoke on the phone several times to discuss the details of the evening, and on the evening itself James agreed to come earlier to set up for a little performance by one of our guests, which we really appreciated. We had a very specific playlist that we curated together with our friends, and James was very obliging and happy to play all our favourite songs. We only wished that the party could have lasted longer!"

This was a celebration for my 50th birthday party and we had specific requirements in terms of the music. James immediately made an impression as he was the first person who offered to meet with us and discuss our needs at the proposed venue. Upon meeting with him our decision was made. James encouraged us to provide a playlist as well as a list of what not to play. We were happy for him to accept requests but at the same time exercise his own discretion to keep people dancing. I was more than happy with this approach as I felt that he completely understood our requirements. This was proven on the night when we had a fantastic evening with a full dance floor all night. I can’t thanks James enough for what was a birthday celebration to remember, he is a gentleman and I would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending him to anybody seeking a DJ. A huge THANK YOU to Adrian for making my 50th birthday party so amazing! From start to finish Capital Nightlife were a pleasure to deal with - good communication & great value for money. I gave the age range of my guests, said I wanted everyone up dancing all night & left the rest to Adrian. I got exactly what I asked for! Everyone had such a great time - people commented in the following days about their sore feet from dancing & sore throats from singing along. James DJ'd at our wedding and he was fantastic through the whole process. Happy to meet all of our requirements, even down to when to set up before the evening as it was in the same room as the meal and we didn't want any disruption. Very rarely seen so many people up dancing at a wedding for the whole night; James could really read the crowd. Smart, friendly and professional, I will definitely get in touch with him again if I need another DJ. Would really recommend him! Thank you James for making our reception so fun and lively.

A huge thank you to Capital Nightlife for DJ-ing for our 70's Party. The whole night was absolutely buzzing and they did an amazing job of not only getting everyone on the dance floor, but keeping them there right until the very last song finished at midnight! I think everyone was really sad it all had to end. There was such a fun atmosphere. We definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a fabulous DJ and a full to the brim dance floor!
