Pras and team managed to handle our complex purchase at great pace through a number of challenges and still got me a deal 1% lower than I could get on the open market. Portfolio landlord. New limited company BTL purchase. Horrific mortgage market. Unusual freehold flat which they advised me and my solicitor through by working closely with the lender to come to an arrangement that got this over the line with everyone happy. All of this was done whilst keeping me fully informed and never once did I have to chase anything. They kept everything moving.
