    Went to my appointment on Monday @9.25 when myself and daugther we was told by the receptionist that the assessor had phone in sick so they said we would not be seen my daugther said to the receptionist we are not moving I ask to see the manger Gemma smith who had just got in at work at 9.25 they manage to get me assessor Amy McCarthy would was very pleasent my daugther stopped in reception my daughter had observe that including my self there was only 3 others counting me so what are they doing all day your staff need ID and training in customer service stand your ground my concerns for the people the receptionist call to cancel because YOUR STAFF HAD CALL IN ps sort your staffing out OK

    I ruptured my Achilles Tendon both my x-ray and scan showed I required surgery due to having problem for nearly 2 years. The Islamophobe assessor had the audacity to tell me that there is nothing wrong with me. She refused to contact my GP or Hospital Consultant for further evidence. I provided Capita with evidence of having surgery for the problem I presented and still waiting for a response from them.

    This is the second assessment in two years and yet again they blatantly lied on my assessment report I tried to lodge a complaint against 5 times but all they could say was contact DWP which I did they told me to complain to capita. They wanted nothing to do with my complaint, so I contacted Dwp who sent a very brief letter saying I can't make a complaint. scandalous

    My wife has multiple morbidities, is blind, seriously ill, in a wheel chair and has 20 plus hospital appointments a month. Assessor lied and illegally falsified information and did not put on the report most of the medical input by well respected Consultants at the world renowned QE hospital - A bunch of lying criminals who have effectively made us homeless because of their lies and claim a woman who had a heart attack 2 weeks ago and 3 strokes 4 weeks ago is "Fit for Work" Will be seeking legal action - Pure Scumbags!
