    Horrific. The woman who used to run the Cashiers department Nira Raichura was an absolute bully would humiliate people in front of the office highly controlling and a micromanager. They were a FTSE 100 company which added a bit of prestige but work and pay was very poor. No training provided and would expect you to know what to do when you came across a new scenario. Avoid like the plague. If there is nothing else on the table then I would say apply to this place otherwise avoid.
