    Bless to Capita and all staffs there, which procedure doesn’t care much about staffs. The company always talking about profit and numbers, want quantity only and forget about quality. Previously Capita gave opportunity and good experienced how to learn everything which I supposed to do or not supposed to do that the reason for 5 stars. I love all my friends at Capita, which someone left and some still there. Wish everyone has a nice future and I will see you sometimes.

    All of the bad reviews are true. I am trying to get my pension paid to me but have suffered from (a) dreadful customer service (b) inability to get through to them on the phone on many occasions (c) lack of response to emails despite their SLA (d) lack of response to letters (e) lack of enthusiastic and committed staff (there were some who very good but with several it was like pulling teeth) (f) reluctance to accept I had a valid complaint. Good luck to everyone trying to liaise with this company.

    Absolutely unacceptable service levels, after telling them of family bereavement they advised that they would post out a bereavement pack to fill in. Four times I called now and nothing received after false promises. Where is your understanding and compassion.

    Terrible customer service I have tried at least a dozen times to get through with no result the last time kept on hold for 50 mins then cut off,redialed then hung up again,all for a general pension enquiry,email don't seem to fare any better.Terrible

    Decided to apply for my pension in february and waited over a month to receive any paper work to start the process, called several times. Finally received it and filled in relevant form. Only to have something wrong on form. Which they had delayed in sending back. Another month gone. Repeatedly called them after it had been sent back to find out when it would be paid only to be fobbed off with excuses why it had not been dealt with etc. etc. Am still waiting as of today not sure when I will get it am in despair now. They are useless.

    Executor to an estate of a family member which capita managed a pension sent in death certificate and relevant documents which where returned on 29/01/2019 with an acknowledgement letter stating that the relevant administration team would be in contact. it is now 25/04/2019 with four hours of my life wasted on hold on the telephone with no answer at various times and no response to emails or follow up letters sent. GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A PENSION MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY !
