    Be careful when using their gas cylinder refill service. Apparently they are supposed to give out tags when you pay for the service, but in the case of our group they forgot to provide the tags so we paid and left them with our cylinders. When we returned after lunch, they demanded we pay them a second time as they never received payment. Refused to replay CCTV or find the staff member who had serviced us previously, to settle the matter.

    So far our experience at capernwray diving centre has been terrible. I’m not going to complain about all the staff members as some a really lovely but a couple in particular, Guido one of the staff members is so unprofessional he is so rude, backing this statement up, we pulled round in our van he told us we were blocking the road even though we was there a couple of seconds, he just screamed at us but forgets that the que to get into the diving centre is blocking the road for 100’s or yards before you let them in. The woman in the shop is so rude as well, no sense of humour no smiles which makes me wonder why so many people want to spend £16 a day, £7 on air refills, also minimum spend on card of £3 is a load of rubbish. The only thing that made our weekend was the hot weather.
