Took my car to Capel garage as I thought I needed a fan/drive belt change due to the squealing sound when starting the engine. This is the first time I visited having only lived in the area for a year. On arrival I found the staff very approachable. I left my car with them. About 30 minutes later I got a phone call informing me my car was ready, informing me that the fan belt only needed tightening. On arrival to collect it I asked how much the bill was and was told ' nothing ' , I offered to pay for their time however they said it didn't take long so no charge. What honest people they are. I'm so impressed, this is going to be my new go to garage for servicing and MOT. Thank you Capel garage from one happy customer. Service: Vehicle Inspection
