We booked Capability events to organise a "Festival" themed party in our garden for 250 guests for a joint 50th, 21st and 18th birthday. From our first contact with Ben he was superb. He gave us every confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and would put on a great luxury event for us. The party was originally due to take place in March 2020 but due to the pandemic restrictions was postponed 4 times. Ben therefore planned for it potentially taking place over 4 seasons but each time was able to make it work. When it did eventually happen in September he transformed our garden into a festival arena with a fabulous marquee, 2 bars, flags and flame burners. He hired a fantastic DJ who kept the dance floor packed with two generations of friends and family all night. His advice on quantity of alcohol and food was spot on and he even guided us on how to manage the neighbours and keep the noise reasonable - his suggestion to revert to a silent disco for the last hour was genius! His crew were excellent from those who set it all up and cleared up the day after, his friendly smiley bar staff and the security. The feedback we had from our guests was phenomenal with "the best party they have ever been to" being the general theme. We can not recommend Ben and Capability highly enough - very professional, easy to work with and absolutely know what they are doing.

Amazing company, nothing too much trouble - Ben and the boys went out of their way to help us set up (and break down) a big, last-minute event for a high-profile client. Capability Events are a very professional set-up and a pleasure to work with, and as an event florist, i deal with a lot of suppliers and i can promise these guys are very good at what they do, with a fine eye for detail and a great problem-solving, can-do attitude. Would recommend Capability Events to anyone without hesitation. The lighting and party area looked brilliant and the whole do ran without a hitch. The clients were very pleased and my florists and I were really impressed. Thanks to Ben, Agi and the boys.
