FAQ
What vaccinations do you recommend for my specific travel destination?
We recommend different vaccinations based on your travel destination. Our healthcare professionals will evaluate your itinerary and provide personalized recommendations. Some common vaccinations we offer include hepatitis A, typhoid, yellow fever, and rabies. Are your healthcare professionals certified and experienced in travel medicine?
Yes, all of our healthcare professionals are certified and experienced in travel medicine. They receive specialized training and stay up-to-date with the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).What other services do you offer besides vaccinations?
In addition to vaccinations, we offer a range of other travel health services. These include travel consultations, where we provide advice on how to stay healthy during your trip, and prescriptions for medications such as antimalarials or antibiotics. We also offer post-travel consultations for those who have returned from a trip and are experiencing symptoms or concerns. How far in advance should I book an appointment before my trip?
We recommend booking your appointment at least 4 to 6 weeks before your trip, if possible. This allows enough time for any necessary vaccinations or medications to take effect. However, we understand that sometimes travel plans can be last-minute, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.Do you accept insurance for your services?
We do not accept insurance for our travel health services. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and we accept cash or credit/debit cards. We will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if applicable.Reviews

Really is unacceptable service! My daughter was unwell and called for an appointment as she thinks she has a chest infection. Told no available appointments for a weeks time and advised to call 8am. We both called on our own phones. Hers was on hold for 10nins waiting and then the said we are busy and hung up. My call lasted 15mins then the same thing happened. We keep trying and this repeatedly happens with no pattern. Sometimes after 5mins sometimes 8mins and so on…….

Absolute waste of a surgery. My wife and I called 3 days in a row (called from the first minute of their opening time) to get an appointment for our unwell 5 year old. The first day, after trying for almost an hour, they told us they were fully booked. We tried for two more days. No response, long holds or they kept hanging up after we stayed on hold for minutes. Absolute waste. Whats the point of a GP surgery when you can't get through to them!!!!

Useless surgery. Though the doctors are good.Calling through to them to make appointments with the reception is a hassle. They never answer. Would not recommend at all. This is not the first time every time. Even calling during the day the receptionist are an absolute waste. Every time I call the phone hangs itself up after 3 or 4 minutes saying sorry your call could not be completed at this time. So when you feel sick to make an appointment calling through them makes it even worse, don’t need the extra stress and tiredness. I will raise it further and make a complaint to the NHS. This is an absolute joke.

Absolute joke of a surgery. Shoved me out of the door, and didn’t actually help with our issue because the doctor and one of the receptionists “should have finished ages ago.” It’s one o’clock on a friday, maybe book an appointment with someone who actually has the time?

Wouldn't give them one star absolutely uncaring and waste of time. I think this is the start of the end of surgeries. They clearly don't want you to be able to contact them or have any interest in wanting to help you.
