Very poor services. Actually, not services at all. I booked an appointment for a blood test, but the clinic was not opened at all. We were 5-6 guys waiting outside 1 hour after the time that the clinic supposed to open and obviously after the time of our appointments. Nobody there to inform us why the clinic was still closed and when and if this will open again. I understand that someone can be sick etc., the problem is not the fact that the appointments were cancelled. This can happen to anyone. However, the lack of information in such cold weather is simply disgusting...
