It's such a shame they couldn't get their act together last night. I can't comment on the food(we didn't get to try it,) after waiting for an hour our starters never arrived. They brought various dishes to our table unfortunately, none of which we ordered (which I assume went in the bin). I really wanted to be impressed; it's walking distance from home. I doubt I will be back. However, In fairness after we left, the manager gave me a call to apologise. He explained that a lot of the staff were new. I suggested they are fully trained before taking customers orders. It was chaotic, the staff asked me several times what we had ordered. And when they brought out a printed copy of the order, it was all wrong, it was at that point we left. I don't like to leave negative feedback, however, on this occasion the whole experience was disappointing. I do hope it improves, as other reviews are on the whole pretty good.
