Do not stay here You have warned! Staffs used keycard opened my room to stole things When I reported to manager She super ignored and focused on New tenants I reported crime and Police asked to see CCTV staffs told him cctv is non functional. And how could Manager asked lot of tenants whose things has been stolen to removed the bad reviews. Good luck to whoever stay here !

I have been a resident of this accommodation for almost two years now. Recently, I experienced a pipe blockage that caused my bathroom and hallway to flood. It was a challenging situation as I had to take care of removing the water myself, and the shower and sink were unusable for several days. Despite requesting assistance for two to three days, I did not receive any help until Darius stepped in and provided me with all the assistance he could. As an international student, I appreciate having someone to talk to when I am feeling low and stuck in my room. Darius was always available and looking out for me, and I am grateful for his support in making my stay bearable during a challenging time. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Natasha, who treated me with kindness and greeted me warmly every day. They ensured that the accommodation was clean and well-maintained, which made a significant difference to my overall experience. For any students considering this accommodation for their term, I would highly recommend CSM. The team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, and they even looked out for my personal well-being. Thank you to everyone at CSM who made my stay a positive experience.

I have had items stolen here. Post is left in the hall and anyone can just pick it up and take it, which clearly has happened. Asked to see CCTV several times and when I finally got through to night staff it was too late and we couldn't see it. Diba did absolutely nothing at all and told us there has never been a issue here with theft, despite how we know someone who had their motorbike stolen and going by these reviews, I am not the only one who has their stuff nicked! Darius is lovely and been super helpful, the rest do not care whatsoever. Do not come here unless you want your post stolen.

Canterbury Student Manor is such a great and wonderful accommodation and the staff are all really nice . Darius , in particular , is extremely kind, professional, friendly and always makes an active effort to help whenever he is needed. He is always smiling and definitely contributes to the great and positive atmosphere in this accommodation.

Comparing this plate to the rest of accomodations I have visited around the area this one is the most glamorous and harmonical. This accomodation is fitted with enough area for Students to find a calm spot to study, with a well kept outside zone that can be enjoyed in the summer time at most. The rooms could do much better as it has certain limitations (Kitchen systems, chairs/extras) making price excessive. The members of stuff are always smiling and making sure you are happy thoughout the stay, taking care of us with gifts and nice chats in the morning, also been invited to a coffe whilst studying! This place regarless of pros/conts is a 5 start as it is the best in the area, and decition is 100% because of the people.
