This is a really supportive, friendly and inclusive weightlifting club. As a complete beginner I have felt that I’ve had really excellent teaching and training on weightlifting techniques and have been encouraged, and really supported to push myself to see what I can achieve. A wonderful club, with a real good vibes attitude. It is always a pleasure to train with everyone. The coaches are extremely kind and take time to explain everything and spend time with everyone. Amazing club! I joined when i moved back home and i love training here, all the coaches are very knowledgable and are willing to help. The atmosphere is friendly and all members are quick to support you if you're lifting heavy. If you're looking to start weightlifting, I would 100% recommend this club! (not biased :) )

A great place to learn and improve at the sport of Olympic weightlifting. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, and perhaps best of all, every session is a lot of fun. The members come in all shapes and ages and the place is very inclusive. Everyone works together to help and encourage each other.
