Diamond engagement ring repair (re-clawing because the 15 year old platinum claws were wearing thin) lasted less than 30 days before the solitaire diamond fell out. Whilst they refunded the cost of the faulty repair it cost me double to get the diamond re-set and the ring fixed at a high street chain jeweller. The diamond was small but irreplaceable. We were so lucky we managed to find it but gutted that we trusted Canterbury House with this simple repair. I appreciate that this was ‘only’ a ring and worse things happen in life, but it was not a pleasant experience.
