    I AM WARNING YOU NOW DO NOT COME AND WASTE YOUR STUDENT FINANCE ON THIS ACCOMMODATION, I am currently sitting in my room with no heating for over two weeks and no hot water and the accommodation team are telling me to go to one of the other accommodation to go and have a shower or to shower one of the showers in the reception which is beyond me because I am paying over a grand for what is supposed to be working facility as well as no heating in the kitchen and I am currently place on ground floor. I have came back from a nine hour nightshift to no hot water and a freezing cold room and their on option is for me to go and have a shower at another accommodation or one of the facilities in the reception bare in mind this has happened on numerous occasion, just 2 days ago I complained, they then on the hot water and that same even their is no hot water, therefore I had to bath with cold water to go to my night shift. I have paid extra money for an ensuite if I wanted to pay for a shared bathroom I would have, and also the accommodation team are also horrible at answering phone calls always going to voice mail. like I said do not waste Student Finance at this accommodation oh and also their washing and dryers are horrendous, I wish I could give them a zero
