Just a few issues with access. It's a long way to get in if you have mobility issues. Why do you have to walk all round the plants to get to the entrance. Then all round the store to get to the cafe. It's a shame the cafe seems to lack atmosphere. Could be good. The toilets are not accessible either. Great selection but just needs tweaking. Sorry just my honest opinion.

I think this place deserves 5 stars for the overall friendliness of the staff, choice of products and spacious area to shop around. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed viewing the large range products available to buy. The café was very nice and comfortable too.

The plants all look extremely healthy and well maintained, also good on gardening accessories, tools and furniture. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good, not cheap but not overpriced for what was on offer.
