We bought our caravan after seeing a picture on Canterbury’s website, we are first time caravan owners, we are up In West Yorkshire, we paid for the van in full over the phone without seeing it, we had the van collected via a 3rd party transport, what could have gone wrong?? Tracey and Michaela, and the rest of the team restored our faith in mankind! Amazing, professional and happy to help post sale with any questions and queries we had, and are still on hand even now if I need to pick their brains! Anyone wanting a caravan? Go no further than Canterbury. Excellent.

What a fantastic place to buy a caravan. We bought our little Luna Ariva about a year ago from them and due to me making a couple of mistakes whilst taking my caravan out for the first time and needing urgent assistance they have resolved both my issues straight away just by saying bring it in we will take a look. Forget big main dealers buy your caravan from this family run business, fantastic service from the staff in the shop to the technicians in the workshop.

We have been here twice and both times the staff have been helpful and informative. On the second visit we actually purchased a caravan and was very pleased with all their help to us as 'newbees' . Particularly Margaret who answered all our questions without making us feel silly to what must have seemed straight forward to an experienced owner. Would recommend this place to 'newbees' and experienced caravaners alike.

Just bought a caravan from CCS. Really good experience. Caravan was fully serviced before pick up. They changed the gas regulator to fit my bottle and let me try a second hand awning before deciding whether to buy it. They were completely honest about any potential issues the van may have. I've been burnt before by dishonest sellers, which is why I travelled from Bedford (2.5 hours away) based on reviews, to find a dealer I trusted. Thanks for all your help. Thoroughly recommend.

Buyer Beware. CAVEAT EMPTOR Sold a pup during lockdown (we were sent videos of 2nd hand van for sale at £4500 as could not view due to Covid restrictions). We were assured van was in excellent condition with no known faults or repairs mentioned at point if sale, or indeed at any point.... After 1st service we find van riddled with damp. £900 quotation to remedy... As supposed proffesionals there is no way they could not have known about these faults and evidently were only too happy to rob me of £4500....disgusting! They refuse to drive (less then one hour away) to my home address to view van or speak to my qualified caravan technician who carried out service in spite of my sending them the full service documentation with issues and faults clearly indicated. In short they could not care less. Avoid - you have been warned. Rubbish service.
