I ordered 4 adjustable stainless steel post bases from them last week and delivery was next day. Unfortunately, a couple had a fault but Vicki and Paul from Canopy helped immediately to address the issue upon contact from me and replacement, fully working, parts arrived within 24 hours. We are lucky enough to live in an 1897 Victorian house that has retained many of its original features. The time came to replace the original single glazed windows and during this process, we felt that the house deserved to have the partially rotten barge and finial replaced. Our criteria were simple. The replacements needed to be in hard sustainable wood and they had to look right. We spent time researching the market and found Canopy Products. The ordering process was simple and the boards were made to order and delivered in just a few weeks. This was a week or so before the scaffolding was erected for the window fitters and this gave us time to apply several coats of quality exterior paint to the boards and finial. The boards were mitre cut onside and fitted by the roof line team. The result and transformation of the house were way above our expectations. We could not be happier with the results and we would recommend Canopy Products to anyone wanting high-quality Victorian style replacement barge boards and finial.
