The most amazing, calming and personal facial. I had Bee (Bernice) for my treatment - an acne facial - and I felt so welcomed and supported. I’ve been struggling with my skin for a while and Bee was so understanding, personable and kind. She took a huge amount of time to understand my needs and worries and really got to the root of my skin with a cleansing facial. I was so comfortable the whole time, with amazing hot towels and cooling facial treatments. Bee also took the time to write me product recommendations that are cost-effective and are (so far!) working really well. Thank you so much - I will definitely be back!

I had a horrible experience at this salon which left me in a lot of pain. The beautician Bee is very, very controlling. I was told I can only book appointments when she tells me to. None of the products she 'insisted' I buy actually worked, they were all just a waste of money. She literally pestered me at every appointment and every time I spoke to her until I brought them. She wanted me to send her pictures. She also refused to give me my paper receipt when I paid at the till, telling me to contact head office instead, then abruptly walked away. I won't be going back. Update 13.03.23 in reply to owners response: All my reviews are 100% honest, accurate, factual and justified. I was physically hurt and left in pain the last time I had a treatment at your premises. I was literally screaming in pain during my facial. I have never been to a salon where my personal choice to book my own appointments (regardless of availability) was taken away from me by a controlling, pushy beautician. She was constantly telling me to send her pictures of myself (which is weird and intrusive), meanwhile never asking me if I was comfortable doing so. All the products she pushed me to buy ended up making my skin worst or had no effect whatsoever. Bee refused to give me my receipt after I made a payment at the till. She turned her back on me and walked off. I'm sure you have video footage, you can check for yourself. You will see me standing there looking upset when she abruptly walked away. It would have taken her seconds to print off a receipt. I also sent you a text asking for my receipt. Bee replied 'acknowledging' that I had asked for my paper receipt and that she did not give it to me. I still have the text. Instead of printing off the receipt, sending it in the post or asking me to collect it, I was asked to jump through more hoops just to get my receipt. Very unhelpful. I wouldn't call any of this customer care. I tried to contact the owner but found 'no direct contact details'. I have only seen one member of staff at the salon, Bee. I was obviously not comfortable asking her for complaint details. It's a bit difficult to make a complaint when the person responding is the person you are making the complaint about! Thus, I am not being nasty at all, I wrote an honest and accurate review of my experience. If I had a positive experience, I would have written a positive review, like all my other positive reviews. It's sad that you feel the need to try and make me out to be a troll for writing an honest review, just because you didn't like it. Instead you should be apologising to me, taking ownership of the issues, and making amends so that this doesn't happen again to someone else.

Bernice is the best!! I would highly recommend Bernice for any service you need here. She really knows what she is doing. Since I have started getting my waxing done by her I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else again. She also gives a fantastic massage and can actually manage to get the knots out of my back.
