The staff at Canoe Wild were friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured our safety throughout the entire trip. The pricing was reasonable too, with just £25 for two people, providing excellent value for money. Great place and great service. Don't forget to look into a tide app, because if it is high tide and going down the river Stour, you eventually will be paddling against the flow. Also I have to add, that there are almost no places to land on the river bank and stretch your legs.

We had a lovely time going from Fordwich to Grove Ferry - left the car at Grove Ferry and they gave us a lift to the start. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. It was tranquil paddling down the river (at least until we got near Grove Ferry where you need to watch out for motor boats). Wildlife including water birds and kingfishers all the way which was great. Definitely recommended.

Great experience when you get the sunny weather. Staff were professional and very helpful. My only issue is parking. Canoe wild clearly state this and you need to park a distance from the venue and walk there. This was our second visit to Canoe wild and we love it and the River Stour. We saw Swans, a Kingfisher and many fish in the clear water. We saw signs of beavers and hope that one day we'll see them. We highly recommend this trip as you feel you've left the UK and are in another country whilst on the river.
