The receptionist are helpful and take alot of flack for poor services given. However in a crisis no where to be found. No other numbers and this emailing milarcy is ridiculous. By time anyone picks them up.. the worse has usually happened.

Literally sent my care coordinator a text saying “I’m going to kill myself” and she still hasn’t responded a month later. I’m so lucky I have a support group as without them I would be dead. I can’t fault the receptionists, they’re wonderful but the people who actually provide “care” there need to be investigated.

Terrible. Always getting your information incorrectly, They don't care for your wellbeing. I'm worse now after the 2 years being with Cannon House, than I was before I first ask for their "help". Left their services after all they cared about was forwarding their name to an mindfulness app you had to pay £60 to have.

My daughter phoned them Thursday and asks for her care coordinator to phone her. I phone 4 times Friday saying I was concerned for her safety. They don’t phone me or her back. Thank god she did t take drastic actions regards her life
