Pre booked a car to go to the airport. Waited, nothing. Called and they said they thought I meant AM not PM! I definitely said tomorrow afternoon at 3 when I booked. Finally got me a car 40 mins later. Going to just about scrape my flight I think. Not the first time this has happened with them. They are also unapologetic and not remotely bothered about delaying people. AVOID.

The driver came into the venue on time and asked for me. He waited patiently as we weren't quite ready. The drive was comfy and safe and the driver was helpful. Couldn't be better!

Have used these a few times and they started off good, but my last three cabs have been late causing me to miss my train back to London! People book their cabs for specific times for a reason so it would be nice if they arrived on time and if they are going to be late then the customer should be rung and told!
