Plus points, very well made cushions and covers, all at a very reasonable price. Excellent quality product. Good pre-sales service Not so good points,; poor communication once order placed, I had to keep phoning to ask why the delay. Took 6 weeks rather than the three mentioned at time of placing the order. No-one other than Matt seems empowered to advise on where the order was in the production schedule or when it would be posted out. To summarise, not an easy company to do business with if you like being kept up to date with how your order is progressing, but you should be pleased with what they make when its eventually delivered update 4th August, as they are unable to respond directly via Google,Cane Direct have politely emailed me to point out that there were mitigating circumstances as to why there were delays; a death, 50% of staff off due to Covid including self isolation due to track and trace, and the owner Matt having suffered a heart attack
