    Absolutely shocking prices. I know London can be a rip off but 6.79 for one pack of hubba bubba and one pack of tic tac. No prices on anything, catching unsuspecting parents after the theatre. Should have known better. Posting this to warn others!

    Wow. I've never had a worse experience in London. The cashier here was the grumpiest old man I've ever met and I tried my best to deal with him with all the patience I had. It was a test of my limits and I'm proud how I handled my interaction. Dear reader, please avoid this outlet and if this is the kind of customer service candy world offers their customers avoid this brand altogether. I'm still reeling at the experience, his tone of voice, irritation, hand gestures, curt responses. I really hope today was just a bad day and this is not his personality. He definitely shouldn't be in the service industry like this. I politely asked him if I could take pictures of the store, he refused and demanded I buy chocolates. Fair enough, I asked him recommendations. He asked me to pick myself. The whole interaction ruined my day and my day was going so well until this. K end rant. Just avoid walking into this outlet. Be warned.
