Friendly staff and good service! I’m a regular here as I have to collect/ship my parcels because I shop online A LOT and sometimes sell my stuff as well. By regular I mean daily or at least once a week. Nonetheless all the staff are really helpful and I’ve never had any problems with them at all.

New favourite store in town- frozen slushy cocktails, beer on tap and interesting choices in craft beer 🙌🏼 looking forward now to a chilled train ride home from work with a nice cocktail slushy for the journey 👀💅🏼 the guy in there was really nice and gave me a little taster of the malibu/blue raspberry slush 💙

Ridiculously rude staff. Trying to return an Amazon order and was told by Amazon and Evri that I could just bring the product with the label (no packaging needed). This man is a jobsworth and started to have a rant at me, blaming me for no reason. Told him that’s the instructions I got from Amazon and he just said Amazon is the biggest liar. If you don’t want to deal with Amazon return, just pull out. Dont blame anyone else but yourself if you dont like their policies. As long as you are still listed as a packagingless parcel shop you have to fulfil your job duty. Shouting at your customers is not the answer.
