Incompetent, Rude and Dispespectful. I went in to get my nurses fob watc repaired because it had stopped working. I gave them the watch with just the back detatched and a few new batteries I had tried. I then left and returned in a hour. I mentioned the watch had sentimental value. When I returned, Richard handed me back the watch in pieces and laughed in my face about him not being able to put it back together again. Disgraceful service, with the finished product being worse than what I originally brought in.

I purchased some dog tags which were cut last week. Brilliant service. Very helpful staff! And when my old dog got confused amd separated today in an unfamiliar setting, we we're reunited when a friendly dog own used the tag details to give me a ring. Perfect!

They are my go to guys on all things shoes, watches, zippos n keys... They explain what needs to be done clearly and will even teach when it's some silly thing like not filling the zippo correctly (guilty). Attentive and greeting as soon as I enter the shop, it's the little things that show good customer service. With guarantees on watch batteries, shoes repaired the same day in my experience and happy to guide... I would recommend them to everyone
