Can't falt them I went unannounced for a visit and was met by friendly member of staff who showed me round. The kennels were clean, tidy, dogs having the fun time. I was happy what I saw and I booked my dog in for a 10 night stay. He came back happy, healthy, clean. I even had an update a few days in. Thank you 😊 will be using again for sure

It's a shame. We had higher hopes for these kennels than was received. Our flight was delayed, and we were unable to make the closing time of 4 pm. Apparently, there are no employees on site after 4 pm, just the owners, so we were not allowed to pick up our dog. Luckily, they had a small pack of his usual food or else he'd go hungry and we paid £29 for the pleasure. The dog came home very tired, very coy and very hungry. This has put us off kennels for life. The staff appeared to care for the dogs but human customer care lacked the flexibility of a modern age and lacked the compassion i would expect. Money is not the issue here, I just wanted my dog home.
