Fantastic Product ! First class service , enquiry responded to quickly by Gemma , immobiliser fitted with three days to my new car . I have previously had other immobilisers fitted to vehicles , however the technology and ease of use of Can Phantom is far superior and cheaper too . Have already recommended to work colleagues .

Alan the director is an complete idiot. I inquired about becoming and installer and asked him a few question, as you would before handing over £1600. He got frustrated because he didn’t have an answer for a few questions like ‘If we are paying X amount for training why are we only watching a video and not being a shown a live install?’ He took a slight pause and replied ‘fuck off’ and hanged up! so moral of the story is stay away from these Ghost wanna-be’s and get in contact with autowatch. Autowatch ghost don’t charge for training be it 1 person or 10. They also don’t tell you to ‘fuck off’ when you ask ‘difficult’ questions. P.s. I still have not received an apology and I shouldn’t expect one according to their sales rep.

In Sept 2021 my installer fitted a Can-Phantom immobiliser to my MB car. When he experienced a software issue a Can-Phantom director visited my home where he spent most of the day completing the installation. Before leaving he explained in some detail how to operate the immobiliser. Notwithstanding this I experienced several issues with the vehicle in valet mode and left messages for Can-Phantom to contact me, followed by a recorded delivery letter when no contact was received. In summary, the immobiliser was subsequently removed & replaced with an alternative manufacturer’s and has worked perfectly. Can-Phantom contacted me two months later with excuses, basically trying to absolve the company of the failure of the device to operate in my MB vehicle. Not recommended.

Without my own personalised code, my cars is not going nowhere with or without the key, just what I wanted. Peace of mind 24/7 - 365 that the relay thieves will not be starting my car up with or without the key! Absolutely brilliant thank you, both Stephen & Henry were very professional & helpful with any questions I had. Recommend it to anyone who has a keyless start car. Brilliant customer service.
