Terrible experience with rude customer service "BRIAN" . They sold me a tyre that got broken after 5 minutes of driving, I got stuck on the petrol station for the whole day , it damaged my wheel as well and I had to call the rescue team. I contacted camtyres to take the tyre and solve the problem, they were totally rude and arrogant, sent me forms with technical forms to fill for warranty issues even tho I just wanted someone to come and pick up the tyre as it already cost me the weekend, nerves and heaps of money for the rescue team & wheel repair. The rude customer service member named "Brian" wasn't helpful at all sending me statements like "you don't have qualification to claim this tyre is faulty, you have to fill our technical warranty forms". They will ask you to fill complicated forms that you can't understand without being a car specialist and they won't even care to explain it then they act like they are the victims and speak to me in a rude manner. I will never use this company again in my life it cost me tons of nerves and I will never recommend it to anyone. On top of that Mr Brian you should learn good manners and how to speak with customers politely. He also tried blackmailing me not to leave the bad reviews "because I will get in trouble". Too bad for you this review is about the quality of your service not about the tyre itself. I will add that he arranged a "timeframe" to pick up a tyre which is 9 am to 5 pm which is basically the whole day. Pure jokes. He thinks that I have the whole day to wait for their drivers to pick up the tyre that they sold me. I asked him to arrange another time and give me a specific hour they will come so I can get ready, but he never replied and Ignored my request. On top of that, he told me I have to pay £30 for them to pick up the tyre like I haven't paid enough already. Honestly its easier to dump this tyre and never deal with this place again as even the money refund wouldn't be enough to cover the stress brian caused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
