The receptionists are friendly and try to offer same day appointments even at short notice. I also appreciate that clinical staff are available early in the morning before I start work.

I recently had a phone conversation with a representative from the campus medical centre and unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful throughout the entire call. I called to inquire about accessing my medical records and instead of providing me with the necessary information, the representative seemed more interested in hurrying me off the phone. When I asked for clarification on certain points, the representative responded in a condescending tone and seemed annoyed with my questions. Overall, I found the representative's behaviour to be unprofessional and unacceptable. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and given the information I need to make informed decisions about my healthcare. Unfortunately, my experience on the phone left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided. I hope that in the future, they can work to improve their customer service and provide patients with a more positive experience.

I only have positive things to say about here! I have been offered same-day appointments almost every time I have needed one (which was a lot as I was in and out of the doctors quite regularly!). The receptionists have been so lovely and helpful and are always so polite. I recently called the surgery to get assistance for a doctors note and spoke to Tom, who was the perfect person to speak to. Not only did he go to the effort of finding out information needed from the manager, but also was very efficient with calling me back and getting things processed for me. Always feel very looked after when visiting here and feel it deserves alot more praise than it receives!

Every single person at the practice that I’ve come across have been absolutely amazing. The receptionists are lovely people, as are the nurses and GP’s. Waiting times for appointments are never long. In fact, I would even return to halls next year just so I can stay a part of this practice. Special shout-out to Julie because she always goes above and beyond. She deserves a big raise. Truly the sweetest soul on earth.
