Grooming wise, usually a good result and cheap price, but not a personalised service. I found out after going there for 3 years that the previous professional groomer had been cutting my dog instead of the students as my dog was difficult, fidgety and v little with delicate skin, something I was never told until I was asked not to return with my dog as her behaviour just wasn't suitable for this setup. Oddly Michelle (lead groomer) never complained or said anything for 3 years my dog was groomed no issues. But when she stopped working there, after my very next session we were both asked to go elsewhere. What a shame, and it was dealt with badly/insensitively by supposed management.

I use to work for this company. In my personal opinion it is not a good company to work for and put me off taking my dogs to kennels ever again. I worked here for just over a year. To start with it was okay, but they do not listen or want to listen to people's emotions, emotional states or seem to care (certain members of staff that seem lovely to customers but behind closed doors are not remotely nice) if I could put in a formal complaint of some sort to this company in terms of how they handled my situation I would. I spoke to certain people about personal situations I was going through and raised my concerns on being left with over 25 dogs on my own for 11 hour days in a set of four. It's a breach surely in health and safety, and definitely is in terms of licensing standards. Despite me raising these concerns I was dismissed and disappointed not to mention distressed by the way I was treated as a staff member. Even by certain women and men in management or higher on the employment ladder than myself. Kennels are easy, cheap and tend to be convenient for most people. However, this place lowered its price to draw more clients in but did not factor in staff levels, staff well-being, health and safety or other issues this would cause when it becomes busy. Meaning the wellbeing and welfare of animals was not met to standards. Yes I will hold my hands up to making a few mistakes but I never endangered an animals life or another person. Other staff members did. That is all I have to say on the matter for now. I haven't been working there for over 3 months now so I cannot say as to what it is like now. So this is just my personal and behind the scenes view of what it was like 2-3 months ago.
