I am currently living at CLV Birmingham and have found out that 2 young staff, were fired due to actually speaking up about racism from the managers on behalf of students and themselves. They have now been let go disguised as other reasons. Everyone is currently talking about this and it's so evil that this continues to happen in 2023. DO NOT STAY AT THEIR SITES !!!

I was in raymont hall in London, the room I was in looked nothing like the room that was advertised that I rented. At the price that is charged I would expect a really high quality of room like in the pictures but the room was basic and almost prison like. My kitchen was missing appliances and it took half the year for the missing pieces to be replaced. The staff refused to issue warnings to my flat mates demonstrating anti-social behaviour which negatively effected my mental health. I never received emails that my post had arrived and some staff were rude and standoffish. Also when I injured myself they had no real first aid kit to help only a pack of plasters. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Multiples cases of overflowing sewages and ceilings so mouldy they collapsed, not fit for human habitation, one star is excessively generous, would give it a negative rating if I could.
