To with its a good quality awning the material is good and we bought ours with fibre poles, the worst bit is that although the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The problem started when we couldn't get the poles to stay tight when it became windy, not a gales force wind either, it's been up a week now and for a seasonal awning I don't expect to have to keep putting the non leg support poles either back in place or tighten them up at all. In fact I wish I had bought an Isabella awning.

Only had this awning 12 month but only used it for 5 month of last year when the canvas on the doors started to split , we work for a well known camping organisation and was told it was a seasonal awning and good quality 3 other colleagues also have same awning and they have all had problems with stitching coming undone and poor quality canvas

Bought a Kensington full air awning, only used it twice. The plastic on one of the connection tubes has perished, spilt then completely broke within 14 months of the purchase. Camp tech customer service not helpful and advised I would have to purchase a replacement tube as the warranty is only 12 months. Poor quality, Save your money and avoid this company!

Bought a Camptech DL air prestige and after 12months the material covering the main bladders has degraded and caused the air bladder to explode. Dealer and Camptech don't want to know and don't keep spares like other brands do. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

purchased an "all seasons" awning and in less than a year it's been returned to Camptech as the coating looks like its cracked and peeling away. it takes them 21 days from receving the awning back to make contact with the retailer so i am without an awning for best part of a month
