Awful service. I won an auction for a lens on their eBay account. (Sigma Art 85mm), they waited a week and cancelled my item with zero communication despite me asking them what the problem was. I imagine they decided they didn’t want to sell the lens for that price and will try and sell it for more elsewhere. Avoid

Make sure you do not have to return an item. I bought a lens for an old camera, which I later discovered no longer to be functional (I also bought a battery at Campkins). Their terms & conditions state they do not do cash backs. I have no other reason to buy anything else for my camera, so I am now stuck with a lens for a camera that doesn't work. Absolutely incredible that a shop today would not have a cash back policy anymore and would NOT point this out to customers before making an expensive purchase.

The staff are pleasant and friendly, but the unsuspecting person who doesn’t know better will be taken advantage of. Their significantly overpriced (one lens was almost £200 more expensive than other reputable sellers) and undervalue your parts exchange. Tourist trap for those visiting. There’s a better place in Cambs you can visit that’s safer yo buy from.

Nice little store for buying cameras I went to shop for a film camera. They have good selection of the most common used film cameras you’d find on the internet. All cameras were reasonably priced The staff member was extremely knowledgeable and honest about the trade-offs of film, and helped me choose.
