Lovely quite site with forest all around you, lots of walks for the dog, nice wear her to, friendly helpful staff. Showers could do with an upgrade but still functional.

DONT BOOK HERE *** READ BELOW *** Was made to pay 100% upfront for 2 nights and Gave almost a weeks notice to cancel due to children have chicken pox and I came down with a sore throat and they retained all the money This was there reply: Good afternoon Scott, Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that you will be unable to stay as planned. For a booking of 3 nights or less you will forfeit all money paid. For a booking which includes a Bank Holiday season date you will forfeit all money paid. For a booking of 4 nights or more which does not include a Bank Holiday you will forfeit 25% of the total cost of each stay within the booking with a minimum payment of £25 being due, whichever is the greater amount. If less than £25 was paid at the time of booking, you will not be entitled to receive a refund of the money paid. This means that on this occasion, the amount paid £60.70 will be retained and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Where to start. Head office say one thing - site said another. One staff member we had to speak to on site was very passive aggressive on both occasions we had to speak to them, even my 12 year old was taken back. Site was fine, noting special apart from being in the New Forest. Was told on arrival that I could not do what head office had stated I could do (sleeping in a overlander vehicle - booked as a camper as stated to do by HO) and told me to leave but we will give you a full refund - this after 3 hours of driving. In summery - if you have to speak to someone, get names. Will not book one of their sites again, corporate attitude throughout.
