    Rob, Sam and the Campersales team combine to make a great team. Their professionalism and customer service are unequalled in the campervan / motorhome industry. We placed an order for a campervan 15 months ago with Rob but due to the inability of Fiat, the van converter and other supply chains to produce vehicles as timely as they would normally do we have had to cancel our order. I can’t stress this enough, the high level of communication and advice we have received during this time has been nothing short of perfect up and including the refund of our deposit. I would recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a campervan should make Campersales their first stop.

They talked me through the whole process in detail nothing was to much trouble. Richard the Technician who did the hand over went through the whole van in detail. Explaining and showing me how everything worked and was able to answer all my questions and genuinely cared that I understood how everything worked. Very impressed. They were always helpful and as it was my first venture into a vehicle of this type they guided me seamlessly through, from first contact, ordering and hand over. Also after delivery Rob was extremely attentive in making sure that everything was to my satisfaction going the extra mile on one particular aspect. The whole ethos was in giving good customer service. I am don't normally leave reviews but such was the level of customer service it was required. A competent, friendly and thoroughly professional organisation that left me feeling very happy with my purchase.
