Update following the CK reply; It's interesting that you say there is testing on your vehicles, I tried a few times to get evidence of that from you and was told it wasn't available. Nor were any technical data sheets on the modifications. Is the evidence public? The vans also don't have any plates stamped into the vehicle to certify the modifications. I've since spent £4,000 to make my 2021 CamperKing van road legal in New Zealand. Buyer Beware; these vans may not be road legal in certain countries. The New Zealand transport authority cited serious concerns with seat belt safety in the rear, structural integrity of the roof and the wheel bolts being insufficient/sub standard. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~` These are wonderful vans, I bought a splendid 2021 edition and drove it all over Europe. My only caveat would be that the conversions don't meet the import standards of Australia and New Zealand. I've imported mine to NZ and the rear seat design couldn't be certified as safe for passengers (bed use only) and the roof lining has had to be strengthened with steel braces. Expensive work. The NZ Transport Association wasn't impressed with the safety and quality of the conversion. I'm not sure if the conversions are signed off as safe by the UK DVLA, or a similar organisation? Best to take guidance on that from Camperking, but they weren't able to provide me with the technical specification of the fittings.

Won’t be using this company any further. They never return your calls. I do wonder how much money they lose from not returning customers calls. All I want to do is spend money and this company can’t be bothered. I’ve seen similar views on social media posts so I know I’m not an isolated incident. Such a shame!

We received a warm welcome from a female member of staff who provided us with tea and coffee on arrival. The showroom is very impressive with a good selection of camping equipment for sale. Sadly CamperKing fall short of their target of providing "the highest level of customer service" as quoted in the booklet they provide following works carried out. Most garages/dealerships give your vehicle a quick clean inside and out when spending around £700 on a habitation check and full oil service. Instead, Camperking left electrical cuttings and debris from the check on the floor and seats. Graham the service manager did apologise and offered a reduced price on a cam belt/water belt change but I suspect we shall use our usual garage to carry this out. Camperking, you could do better.
