Martin came to inspect my Motorhome. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. In my case the Motorhome was in a pretty bad state when it came to dampness and as much as t hurt listening to his review, I admired his integrity and honesty. We agreed on a price, deal done. If I were to buy a Motorhome again, these are the people you want checking it before you buy, that includes buying from a dealer.

Our motorhome was in a generally good condition but had some (invisible) damp, our fridge/freezer had given up and was unrepairable, and the electric step had stopped working so we decided to save any hassle sorting things out, and paying for them, and find out what Camper Buyer would offer us. We agreed on a price and the rest was history. The whole process was straightforward, quick, and arrangements were made via email. Janine arrived this morning, made a thorough examination of the vehicle and took it for a drive. She was very pleasant and friendly throughout the whole process. Bank details were given and payment was made to us within an hour or so, leaving us as happy customers.

Unreliable time-wasters. The staff are polite enough when making offers but these are valueless when they back out at the last moment causing you significant inconvenience and disruption. I would advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.

Told by fast talking agent our van has terrible damp issues and the whole side would have to be replaced so could only offer £18.000, we have just see the same van one week later for £36.995 be very careful when selling to this company.
