    I went to Camilla as I was a peri-menopausal, fairly active, 51 year old looking for advice on how to exercise as I entered the menopause (and beyond). I found there was a lot of misinformation online and so I was keen to learn from an expert. Camilla was brilliant! She was extremely generous with her wealth of knowledge and I learnt a huge amount.
