Had Canford pumps onsite today to pump concrete onto a roof extension in Wembley. The actual pump etc was good it’s the attitude of the 2 operatives that was shocking. They didn’t care when washing out and when the bin started to overflow they continued instead of stopping to look at what could be done, east concrete all over the resin driveway and running into the clients reception. When confronted by myself the site manager they took no responsibility even though they knew it was overflowing and said it’s not down to them to clear up. Would never use them again
