We ordered a personalised Christmas tree ornament online from A Touch Of Glass. The one we wanted was out of stock initially and after an email enquiry were told they were doing a stock take and will be available to order soon. We received a phone call as soon as they were ready to order (within a day) and we managed to get the perfect, beautiful an very well made ornament for our tree. We received a very professional and personal service from this place (even though we didn't physically go into their shop).
