I would give them a Zero, Horrible service due to the long waiting times over the phone and liars too where you'll be told that they called when they didn't. You are better off seeing your own original GP doctor than use this place. I will never use this camden Hab.

Useless This used to be a good service but no longer. My GP says the Camden Hub offers ROUTINE appointments - they don't any more. The GP at Hub told me they only deal with URGENT matterrs eg ear infection that require imemdiate attention that day - ie you cant discuss a chronic or serious condition unless it requires urgent medical attention that day. No GP appts available. The NHS is broken. This Gvt shoud be sacked.

Yesterday the gp refused to even offer my 3 year old a 5 minutes appointment since she couldn't access the pictures I sent of his eyes. She told me to take him to A&E even though I live 2 minutes away from the surgery. I understand it was almost 8pm and you want to go home but isn't it her job to at least check him,? Doesn't it come under 'duty of care?' The receptionist was rude and needs training on manners, I guess these days anyone can occupy important seats! What a circus. When I took my son to UCL A&E the doctor asked me why the gp sent me to A&E when gp could've easily checked him? Its becoming a. norm gp sending us to A&E. Its so sad we had to go to A&E when gp could've easily checked him.

Anyone know how to get hold of this out of hours hub service. I've been holding for more than 20 mins (twice). It's telling me I'm caller number 1. I've filled out the form online but it keeps telling me my son's date of birth is invalid so won't accept the appointment online. I've no idea if I'm waiting on a line that isn't being manned - the website says they are open.

Very unprofessional, I was prescribed totally wrong and unsuitable drug. GP told me the total opposite of what's in the leaflet. When I wanted an explanation GP never got back to me. If you use this service be sure to do an online research.

I live round the corner from this GP for the past year everytime I've called to get an appointment they always say they don't have any, I've had to go to the hospital 3 times this year just to see a Dr. This GP is useless and I would never recommend going there!

I saw an out-of-hours doctor who said he would refer me for an ultrasound. I waited for a week and heard nothing, called the hub and was told they will check and to call back in the afternoon. I called back and the person who answered sounded like he just walked in from the street to answer the phone. I explained that I’m calling back to inquire about my ultrasound, as advised in the morning. After explaining the reason why I’m calling, he asked if I want to book and appointment!! I asked if he heard anything I just explained and he said he wasn’t paying attention. He asked my date of birth, he repeated it to me wrong, twice. He didn’t seem to understand the names of the months. I was obviously very annoyed and asked if I could speak to someone else. I got the person from the morning and he said they can’t help with anything and he has no info. I went to my GP for the same reason I did last week (the pain hasn’t subsided and is more pronounced). I wanted to know what can be done about my ultrasound and if it can be expedited. It turned out that the Hub doctor didn’t even send the referral!!! It’s been an appalling and sad experience. What can you count on now??? Who can you trust in the NHS???
