After purchasing a voucher for an initial assessment, which my wife made use of, I decided to make use of the services provided by Camden Chiropractic. 5 months on and I now see Arjun on a weekly basis to rectify the pain and discomfort in my lower back caused by years of heavy lifting (gym activity). Arjun is great, very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Arjun to anyone experiencing the same or similar level of pain and discomfort as myself.

Signing up for a treatment plan with Arjun was probably one of the best decisions in my life, and I am not usually prone to exaggeration. Due to some major muscle imbalances in my back, followed up by sup-optimal training approaches, limited warm ups and lack of stretching during the lockdowns, my back became a rigid mass with a painful knot stuck underneath a shoulder blade, which I accepted as my “new normal” over the past 12 months. After a couple massages I decided to try out a chiropractor. And here we go: after 2 weeks of well targeted treatments my back, which was working hard after every adjustment session to get the muscles to where they belong now, feels more flexible than ever before. I get (positively) sore after every workout now, have equal mind muscle connection across both sides of my back, enjoy stretching and spine flexibility exercises, can get into my backpack without awkwardly bending my body and generally feel much lighter and taller. Due to the large damage in my back I do not expect an instant 100% cure, but I feel I am already 90% there after 1 month of treatments (down to only 1 treatment per week now, which is great, too). Update: all pains and tingling/numbness have gone after 5 months of treatment. I'm impressed! Arjun is very attentive, listens to every small issue that comes to my mind at the beginning of every session and adjusts manipulations and god knows what else (comes up with some news stuff all the time) to it. He explains procedures very well and gives a summary at the end of every session. He also gave me a selection of exercises I can include in my daily life and workouts to maintain and strengthen my adjusted posture and prevent further mess-ups. I feel very well taken care of and can highly recommend him.

My practitioner Arjun has been both professional, welcoming, and gentle throughout, right from my first consultation. From session to session, Arjun has given me a clear insight into which areas were problematic for me, giving me appropriate excercises to maintain my recovery between sessions, and always explaining every adjustment in appropriate detail.
