After taking full payment they came to fit the carpet 6 days after the originally scheduled date. Scheduled for a Saturday and no show. Rescheduled for Monday, then Tuesday and then finally turned up when rescheduled for thursday. Even then they were missing one item as apparently had not arrived yet and said will be done in 1 to two days. Completed job 7 days later! When I showed him something that I was disappointed with Sami denied that there were any gaps which you can see in the photos. I have 36 stairs in my home and later stated that this is because of the skirting even though the stair directly above or below which has the exact same skirting is perfectly fine. There are gaps like these on 15 of my 36 stairs. However Sami did say if it ever does come off I know where the shop is. Good to know otherwise this review would have been 1 star. Thanks Sami

I went to this establishment around 15 years ago. I was just passing by & decided to enquire about having my flat carpeted. The 2 men working in the shop at the time seemed un communicative, cold and didn’t seem to want my custom. Fast forward to several weeks ago, I returned to the shop. I thought perhaps as an older woman, maybe they’d take my new enquiry (much larger property!) seriously? Sadly not. When I walked in, I asked them if they could come to my house to give me a quote, to have my home re floored. They took my number and name and said they’d call me tomorrow. No one called. Either this shop doesn’t like doing business with WOMEN, PEOPLE OF COLOUR, or they are extremely forgetful! I won’t return.
