I have been to this place 5 times already for laser hair removal. Receptionists are very rude and the laser is not working at all. After the first 2 sessions I could see great results then from the 3rd they lowered the power of the laser (I really couldn't feel anything at all and I asked them to put it a bit stronger but they didn't). So now I my hair is growing back again. They probably do it so that you'll book another sessions. I have the same amount of hair I had before starting the treatments. Avoid at all cost.

Before choosing what package to purchase I consulted with Camden Beauty Spa over the phone, and chose a package which would work for me. I bought directly from the business so that they would benefit too and booked my appointment. Due to busy roads, I arrived only 3 minutes late, but was greeted with rudeness. No hello, just the receptionist telling me that I was really late. After which the laser therapist was really rude and unhelpful. She wouldn't listen to what I needed doing. I paid for an area and the therapist refused to cover the whole of that area, and rushed the treatment, meaning the treatment was incomplete. There was noone waiting to go in at reception when I came out, so felt the rush was unnecessary. I wouldn't have paid for the service had I known exactly what service I'd be getting. And I NEVER write bad reviews for anywhere! It was a really unpleasant experience which left me feeling upset. Very unprofessional. Service: Laser hair removal
